CRC, TxDOT’s design-build contractor for the Oak Hill Parkway project, is a fully integrated joint venture between Fluor Corporation, Inc., one of the largest engineering and construction companies in the world, and Balfour Beatty Infrastructure, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Balfour Beatty, plc, a leading international infrastructure group. Over the past nearly two decades, this partnership has resulted in several successful design-build projects in Texas – with many more coming down the road.
